Return Request

I initiated a return before an item even shipped. Actually I tried to cancel it and was not able to. To aggravate me even more I was told I should print a label for the item to be returned. I have no printer and because of Covid I have no place opened to even have them print it for me. Now what? How do you return merchandise with no way of printing a label???
